Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mexmagazines.com and any services offered by Mex Magazines. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit content, book a consultation, purchase a subscription, or use our billboard/PR services.

Our Services

Mex offers editorial magazine features, webitorials, podcast features, a Times Square billboard programme, photoshoot and PR support, and a magazine store/subscription. Service pricing is confirmed individually through a free consultation and is not published on the website, with the exception of subscription plans and store items, which are priced directly on-site.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee a feature or placement. All submitted content is subject to editorial review and final approval by Mex.

Submitted Content & Rights

• You confirm that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for, any photo, video, or written content you submit to Mex.
• By submitting content, you grant Mex a license to review, edit, and — if selected — publish that content across our magazine (print and digital), website, social media channels, podcast, and billboard placements, as agreed during your consultation.
• Once content is submitted and accepted into production, it generally cannot be changed or withdrawn — see our Refund Policy for related terms.

Content Restrictions

We do not accept content containing nudity, sexually explicit material, smoking, violence, vulgar or obscene material, political content, unauthorized brand/logo use on personal (non-branded) bookings, or unauthorized copyrighted material.

Billboard-Specific Terms

• Location & display: our billboard is located at 1560 Broadway, New York, NY 10036, between 46th & 47th Street, above the Pelé Store. Display windows run for a full 24-hour period.
• Booking: you select an available display date; your exact hourly time slot is confirmed at least 1 day before your display date.
• Play guarantee: we guarantee a minimum number of plays per day for your booked package, in the event of a power outage or billboard malfunction.
• Proof: display proof can be viewed via the billboard's livestream.
• Content specs: photos must be JPG/PNG, max 50MB, landscape preferred (recommended 1920×1080); videos must be MP4/MOV, 30fps, minimum 15 seconds (longer clips auto-trimmed to the first 15 seconds), max 256MB.
• Branded/commercial bookings: brand, business, or logo content is handled through a separate commercial booking route, with pricing and availability that may vary by campaign.

Payments

Prices for services quoted during your consultation, and prices shown for store/subscription items, are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or purchase.

Intellectual Property

All Mex branding, site design, and original editorial content are the property of Mex Magazines and may not be reproduced without permission. Rights to your own submitted content remain governed by the license described above.

User Conduct

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Sub-Brands

Alphero, Envy, and Life in Prints operate under the Mex family and are subject to these same Terms unless otherwise stated on their respective pages.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Mex provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. bookings, followers, or career results) from any feature or placement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
