- Contact & submission details you provide directly — name, email, Instagram handle, city, phone number, and any photos or content submitted through our Submit form, Get Featured forms, or billboard booking process.
- Consultation booking information shared through our booking tool (e.g. Calendly), including your selected time and time zone.
- Purchase information when you buy an issue, merchandise, or a subscription — payment details are handled directly by our payment processor and are not stored on our own servers.
- Usage data collected automatically through analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), such as pages visited, referral source, and general device/browser information.
- Newsletter sign-up information — your email address, if you subscribe.
What We Do Not Collect
The "Your Cover" preview tool processes your uploaded photo entirely within your own browser. That photo is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

- To schedule and confirm consultation calls
- To process purchases, subscriptions, and billboard bookings
- To send you updates you've opted into (e.g. our newsletter)

Photo & Content Submissions
When you submit photos, video, or written content to Mex for potential publication, you confirm you own the rights to that content (or have the necessary permissions) and grant Mex the right to review, edit, and — if selected — publish it across our magazine, website, social channels, and billboard placements, consistent with any specific agreement made during your consultation.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, along with third-party analytics tools, to understand site traffic and improve our content and services. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to run parts of our service, which may include a booking/calendar tool, a payment processor, a print-on-demand partner for physical issues, and an email newsletter provider.
